Attn O/Siris: Vision Earthlink Portal broken again

O/Siris,

Looks like the Vision Earthlink portal is broken again. They had it
fixed for a day or two but now it's doing the same thing as before.
After entering password, instead of taking you to the inbox, it takes
you back to the login page.

Can you see if there is still a trouble ticket open on it, or did they
close it when it was "temporarily" repaired.

I saw your message last night reporting you were in. I=20
meant to check that and report on it tonight. I forgot,=20
man. When you try to access it, what happens?

We're also having intermittent outages for Vision in=20
general.

The same thing that happened before. I log into Vision, select the
Earthlink portal, and then select mail. I enter my POP3 email account
name, hit OK, and it prompts me for my password. I enter password and
hit OK, instead of taking me to the page where it shows the inbox, it
goes back to the account entering page.

I just tried it this morning but as you've stated, Vision is having
intermittent problems and I can't get in.

The service alert is still there, so I guess the problems remain.
