It's not confidence. By Phill's own words under his various nicknames,=20
he's reported that he left Sprint PCS and accepted service with AT&T=20
Wireless. Now he's talked of having calls routed to locations that are=20
known Sprint PCS porting centers. Plus, right after said move to AT&T,=20
he was quiet here for a while. Now he's back, and just as dishonestly=20
noisy as before.

The evidence strongly suggests that, if he ever left Sprint PCS in the=20
first place, he came back.
