    Artist Stage.

    It is one of the only fully legal Ringtone sites on the Internet. Most are
    NOT.

    Getting it to the phone is the hard part. The sites which are selling
    ringtones, giving them away for free etc and which aren't paying the
    licensing fees are ILLEGAL.

    And most are.
