    Hi,
I have been with Sprint a long time. I switched to this plan because I
moved in an area with no cell comunications. But because of my work, I have
to go to the Bay Area often so I need a cell phone. This month I received a
bill for $96.00. The 300 minutes that are included in the plan are not even
reflected. I got charged $35.00 (F&FP) plus the total of 833 minutes which
is $45.00. My question to them was where was the 300 included minutes
reflected?? I could not get an answer. My original plan was $65.00 for
    1100 minutes.
    Puzzled

It looks like 833 minutes is $80.00. Looks pretty clear by what I can
see in the very simple chart. That chart was available to you before
you made the switch, not to mention you could have asked anybody on the
phone how much it would cost you each month based upon your previous
usage. The most basic of leg work my friend. Sorry if I am a bit
confrontational sounding, but it appears you simply fell down on the
job if you had a 1100 minute plan for $65 and you used 833 minutes on
    the first month of F&FP.
