all in one phones

when will sprint carry a palm/windows based phone that has analog band on
it. Where I travel they don't have enough digital coverage and it's annoying
carrying a seperate palm and phone. Anyone??

The I-500 is a tri-band Palm based phone. I've had mine for a year and
a half and still really like it. It has a few shortcomings, but overall
its a great phone. And the price has come down considerably lately.

You could probably get a QCP-6035 off of eBay, for a song. It's not
Vision-capable. It's Wireless Web, at 14,400 bps. But it does have
analog capability.

Perhaps some of the Samsung phones might have analog?

No matter what, you won't have data capability while on an analog link.

I really don't care about the data capability, it's having access to my
3000+ contacts in one device I can dial from. I looked at the I500, seemed
like a brick. I just think it is funny that they make the treo 650 for gsm
with all four bands and yet for the cdma market it's only 2 of the 3

The I500 is actually a small flip phone. I'm not sure if you're
thinking of the Treo phones or the older I300. Check the website for specs.
