My 325 has not been able to send pics for over 2 weeks now, and I've read
in this group that others are having the same problem. Tech support
informed me several times over the past 2 weeks when I called that the
    issue was ongoing.

I called tech support tonight and they fixed it. So now's the time to
call if you have either of these two models and have had this problem.

I assume you need them on the landline with you as they have to step you
through it. I'm unsure if you can wing it alone.

Here's the start of what we did, though we went really fast and I didn't
make notes, so don't trust this.

PM-325, go to Settings/Security. Enter lock code (last 4 of phone #?),
select Reset Pictures. Then I think we just took all the defaults.

Tech said to wait for a text message (don't know if he sent it or if it
was automatic) which would contain my pictures password. Entered that.
He had me do a test upload to albums, then a test picturemail send. TIZ
    FIXED!

I got a big $7.50 credit for 15 days loss of service. I'm mainly glad to
have the service back, but that credit is skinny for all the dead lines I
got transferred to by customer service over the past 2 weeks. I got dead
lines, disconnects, and reroutes right back into the queue..many times.
    Grrrr!

    Hope this helps..

The 325 picture sending problem was actually fixed about a week ago by
doing the pictures reset. The 225 was the last of the LG's to get
    fixed by Sprint.

I posted as soon as I knew of the fix, which I was hoping others would do.
There was no other way to find out unless you like living your life on
"due to heavy call volume, we're going to transfer you to a dead line
    after holding for 10 minutes".
