    last gripe:

i am trying to call me local store about the a500 software upgrade. i want
to make sure they have it b4 i go.

i call the number, choose option three.

first time, u hear numbers dialing, like an automaterd transfer, then a
    click, then a dial tone

i callback, hit option 3, then the phone rings for about 5 mintues, and a
recording says that no one is available, callback later, then hangs up on
    me.

pretty ****ing lame Sprint. that could have easily been a call for a
    telephone sale...

unbelieveable. all three locations closeby, all of them you can't connect to
    the store.

why can sprint never do right?

i hope to god verizon can give me a good deal when november rolls around.
even if verizon is just as bad, i'm happy to take my $150/month away from
    Sprint.

its prety sad considering i've been a customer since '96.

    oh well.

I thought you were referring to Des Moines. They always do that to me.

Because "Customer [dis]satisfaction is a top priority"

So what you're saying is you would be ecstatic if VZW treated you equally as
    crappy as sprint.

    Sounds fantastic to me!

Aquiring customers is more important than maintaining them.

If your daughter is only 6, then 1) why is she already having sex 2) how is
it that you know about her propensity to have sex and 3) why are you so
open about her prepubescent sexual activity?
