Any like non-flip phones?

I was just wondering if anyone still preferred the non-flip phones
anymore. All the latest models seem to be leaning toward the
flip-style. Does anyone actually prefer the "Candy bar" style over a
flip?

All my prior phones were flip. I found it hard to 'flip' with only one hand
available, which is what I have most of the time, so I now have the 4900.
I'm missing the flip now.....the candy bar had a tendency to dial when it
leans against something in my purse or pocket. Right now I don't see going
back to flip, but who knows!

For several years I had the 3500 flip phone and would wear them out. I
would try to press them harder to my ear to better listen to the person when
things became noisy. Soon, the reception would come and go. I switched to
the 4900 because I wanted a one piece. It is not wearing out.

Never used a flip but I'd rather have the candy bar style, less figgeting
with. Use the keyguard feature and you won't have the dialing problem.

My first phone was a flip. My third phone was the Motorola 120C. I liked
it but when I lean against something I dial a number by mistake. A phone
like that, you have to lock it. I went back to flip when I bought the LG
5350. My new phone whatever that one will be will probably be a flip.

A great design in my opinion, is what my current phones has, a bar
phone with a door over the keys.
