Software for phonebook, etc??

I have a Sanyo 4900 and the usb cable for it. On Sprint's website I can
download wireless web software, but is there anywhere I can download
phonebook, and/or ringers software.

Kazaa for phonebook software, you can upload ringers through many websites.
