So, I re-enabled wireless web for my service plan using sprintpcs.com
about a month ago, but I can't connect. It shows up on my invoice, so
I know it's been enabled on Sprint's end. The last time I used it was
at least a year ago, and now the web browser on my Samsung SCH-6100
attempts to connect, then appears to just give up. Did Sprint somehow
upgrade their system so that the 6100 is no longer compatible?

Has anyone else had this problem? I'll be pretty upset if they let me
buy the additional service knowing full well that they don't support
    it anymore.

Please respond to my email address.

    Thanks,
    Rob

That's a Wireless Web phone, right? Probably needs a new security key.
Call us, on another phone, 888-211-4PCS.
