    Hmm, that is correct. It seems that turning the main volume down will lower
    the rest though ... at least when you put the phone in vibrate mode.

    Nevermind. There is a separate volume setting for three different ringer
    types.

    I'll check out my demo phones tomorrow, and if it gives me the same
    results, I'll report it to the QA department.
