anyone use pda with 5350?

Looking for info on how to setup my iPAQ 3800 with data cable to 5350.
Having trouble sending email. Seems to receive ok but will not send.
Need setup info and software setups as well. The 3650 doesn't send either.
They both are running PC2002.

I had the same problem with my palm

Problem was solved by sending Authentification FIRST before attempting
to send mail

Snappermail (snappermail.com) program running on my palm was the answer
- one click application that receives FIRST (thus authenticating) and
then sends email from the outbox

snappermail doesn't work with pocket pc's.
So is no help

Jim,

Were you able to get any solution? I am trying to connect my Toshiba E740
with data cable (USB) to 5350 but haven't had much luck. But then again, I
am newbie in this arena.
