If you signup for Sprint PCS
"Automatic monthly payment by checking account or by credit card. Sign up to
have your PCS Invoices automatically paid every month using your checking
account or credit card", (quoting from the web site)

Does anyone know how the 'draw' date is determined?

Is it xx days after the bill is cut?

It is xx days before the due date?

    It is the due date?

Can you COUNT on the date or relative date, if you go to the plan?

It's about 2 days before the due date.

I figure if Sprint is guaranteed of getting their money by my doing
this, They should be sharing that savings with me. They offer nothing,
so I choose not to sign up.

Every time a credit card merchant (meaning any company that accepts
credit cards) processes a transaction, they get charged a percentage of
the transaction plus, usually, a small transaction fee.

So, in fact, the transaction costs them money to process.

I just set aside the money in my checking account a month in
advance. Then when I check my checking account online, I can see when
it is paid and set up next month's money.

Wow. What planet do you live on? I don't think there is a single sole on the
planet that owns a credit/debit card that doesn't know this. Okay, maybe the
Star Wars Kid doesn't know this. I will give you that

Wow. Try keeping $5k or so in your bank account and don't worry about it.

Living pay check to pay check must SUCK.

My bet is that Philippe actually knew that the merchants pay for each
transaction. But since he insists on being a total and complete doofus,
I plan on continuing to call him out each time he does.
