Went to the Roseville, MI Sprint on the east side of Metro Detroit Sat.
to buy a Nokia 3588i. There was no one raising their voices or being
rude. Everyone was served professionally and had their questions
answered truthfully. The last time I visited to buy a 3585i for a
friend , the scene was pretty much the same.

That doesn't sound very remarkable to me.
    That's been my experience, too.
Glad to know Detroiters are civilized, also.

Rate your Sprint Store at www.sprintpcsinfo.com

There are some truly excellent Sprint Stores out there, but there are
    also some really bad ones.

How could you know that for certain?

    I haven't been in a SprintPCS store for 4 years. I don't think you'll
see me commented much on stores, other than noticing posts about
salesman saying whatever it took to make sales, or inability to get
while-you-wait service on phones. I stopped going because:

+ Lines were always too long.
+ Nearest stores to me didnt have enough parking
+ They never had accessories I wanted in stock
+ SprintStarted charging extra for paying your bill at store.

This is always true for me too.

    Parking okay for me.

    > + They never had accessories I wanted in stock

Never even thought of buying accessories at the Sprint store...they're
    always way too expensive.

Not if you use those machines..I never have, but seeing other people use it,
    it doesn't seem very user-friendly.

I liked it - it was convenient, and the one time it was down, the sales
rep took my payment and waived the fee. But mostly, it worked - it only
takes a few minutes and if you pay by check, you don't need to even fill
    out the check.

It's only a couple steps. I liked not having to wait, because sometimes
the throughput in the retail stores *is* slow.

Now I can pay my Verizon bill using an in-store machine. I like that a lot -
Verizon stores in Ohio don't even accept in-store payments any more.

It does seem impersonal, but it's a time saver.

So, what's your point? That you had a pleasant experience in a Sprint store
and since you did everyone on the face of the earth must also? While I'm
tickled to death that things went smoothly for you I'd suggest you take that
3588i and call someone who cares --- and when you're done with that stop
posting stupid sh*t like this because in the grand scheme its meaningless to
anyone but you and a half-dozen ALPAs.

But do have a nice day

So are most of your responses useless. If you don't like the post don't
    read it.
