They lose their competitive edge if they completely lay out how they do
their survey. Sorry it ain't gonna happen. The rest of the world (except
SprintPCS apologists) accept the independent unbiased result that
Sprint's Customer Service is dead last.

Except now someone in the Sprint forum will ask "How come they're also
questioning the study in the Verizon forum", ignoring the fact its the
same "IN TOTAL DENIAL" SprintPCS apologists. Even SprintPCS' president
Lauer has said there's a problem with Customer Service.

Not too mention Mr. T apparently didn't see the list that had Sprint rates
    as LAST.

If they include "Cellular One" (there are 47 companies doing business as
Cellular One) as a carrier, it will make Sprint PCS look like the
    knight in shining armour.

And that's the whole point. There were probably lots of providers in the
survey that didn't make the list.

Who cares if Sprint's last? Maybe you do, being that you're obsessed
    with Sprint. I don't care.

All I'm pointing out is that you don't know how to do your research. You
made a wiseass comment about all JD Powers survey said was who ranked first.
    I corrected you.

Justin - Notice how he cross posts to other cellular Newsgroups. Then
O/Siris wonders why same complaints are coming up on JD Power in other
    newsgroups?

Same folks in denial in all groups.

Sprint ranks last. Potential Customers need to know what they're in for.

    Upselling
    reconditioned goods sold as new
    Incorrect coverage maps
    Involuntary contracts
    Extra fees for extra revenue
Customer Service whose job it is to sell
Billing errors (on purpose it seems sometimes).

All you're doing is continuing a dead topic. I did not mention at all
in ANY post the results. Simply b/c I don't care about them. How can
you be correcting something I never said?

Of course potential customers and current customers do. The point was
his assumption was I didn't like the survey b/c Sprint was last. He is
obsessed with Sprint and I don't care about Sprint. He's a TROLL being
    a TROLL.

Oh, so now that you got schooled, you want to drop it. I see. Here's
    EXACTLY what you said:

    No assumptions made:

That's what you posted. I was just pointing out that had you actually known
how to search a web site, you would have found the actual standings, not in
alphabetical order. Don't get all pissy now because someone corrected you.

After all, what DO you have against the survey to post something like that
    if you "don't care"?

Just an FYI - Tom is a nitpicker who likes to plonk people and then continue
to run his mouth after the fact, taking an arguement from one forum to
    another.

For all you readers who do not follow alt.cellular.sprintpcs, Camile is the
