thats not gonna work. if you actually read your service agreement it
will clearly state that your provider cannot gaurentee service in all
areas. so your little procedure is not going to hold water my friend

Thats what they want you to do.
Its their wish list, not legally valid.

Dont pay if you dont have service.

I hate to be the one to pop your little bubble pal, but those service
agreements will and do hold up in court. you can choose not to pay if
you want to, its your credit rating getting pulled through the mud.

I just would be amused to see Asshole dragged into court after someone takes
his advice and ends up getting screwed anyhow.

Calling people names, makes them wrong?

I don't think so. Just shows how childish you are.

Not if Sprint is not providing service. Remember Justin,
Sprint backed off SO FAST when they were challenged.

in all honesty im not that familiar with sprint or their polocies. but i
can gaurentee that attws would fight that tooth and nail. teh tell you
up front in the agreement that that could happen. not their fault if you
    dont read it.

Let me get this right, you are mad at sprint because they are not doing
what they are suppose to do (provide service) but you had a trial period
to determine if it would work for you---what were you doing during this
trial period. I have returned a couple of units when it wasn't what I
needed--both instance no argument--they went by what was written in the
    contract, and so did I.

I suspect, like the other poster mentioned, if you now don't honor what
you agreed to do they will have cause for action against you--I have
read in these posts however, with good reason, they may give you some
slack, but I really don't think they have to.

But in the early post of one of these forums, made the comment that non
of these carriers have perfect service, never will. Its all a
    compromise.

No. You being wrong makes you wrong, not anything I did.

Better than you do, apparently. Justin had service initially, *then* it=20
failed. That is not what the original poster here said.

IS this some official information or something you think will work
without a hitch? I know when you buy defective equipment from someone,
the company can require an RMA or something similar before they have to
accept your package back. Blindly sending a phone back to Sprint may n
    ot be the best answer.
