SPH-N400 WAP Bookmarks

Folks, a few weeks ago I edited my stored WAP bookmarks on my Samsung
SPH-N400. The next time I launched the WAP browser they were all gone,
and I now only have the ability to store a single bookmark. I suspect
that the bookmark database portion of memory is corrupted somehow. Is
there any way to recover aside from doing a hard reset on the phone
(which I assume would also wipe out my phonebook, etc?)?

You could have a service center reflash the software. It'll clear out=20
downloads, but should also clear up the bookmarks. Of course, you have to =
take=20
it into one of those service centers to do this, but I'm pretty sure it's a=
t=20
least *an* option. They should be able to retain your phonebook, too.

I *don't* speak for them.

I have the same problem. I brought the phone into a sprint store and
the guy says "You don't have any bookmarks - that's why their not
showing." After explaining to the guy that he's a doofus and that the
booksmarks should be there he went into the back to have it reflashed.
20 mins later he brought my phone back out - but NOTHING WAS CHANGED.
They reflashed the firmware but weren't able to reset any of the
stored settings.

The manager said he I would either try to return the phone to where I
bought it and buy another, or he could order me a refurbished phone.

I haven't done anything yet, but I think I'm going to try the
refurbished route.
