Hey can somebody please help me,
i bought a phone online a motorola v60c, which is a verizon phone, but is a
triband cdma phone so is compatible with alltel networks/service. i called
alltel customer service and they would be of no help, tole me some b.s.
response like " doesnt have the gps locator in it so we cant help you" i
know it works they just wont have it because ofcourse i didnt buy the phone
through them. i have a phone presently, a motorola t720 which is
activated on the alltel network, but is broken and cannot be used. how do
i make the full transition with this verizon tri-band CDMA phone to make it
work with my alltel service, please reply to this as soon as possible, im
frustrated already over it. thanks a lot!

First of all it is true that you can't hook up not GPS compliant phone anymore. It is government mandate. It is not in your phone providers control so don't take it out on them. If your buying a non gps phone on e-bay your buing a paper weight. Also you need the SPC code with out this it's also a paper weight. Your best bet when buing a used phone is to buy one that was previosly used on your service provider.

What country do you live in? If you are refering to the USA, you are 100%
wrong.
Didn't we have this line of conversation the last time I was home? About a
month or so ago?
