According to the "modding" experts here and in HowardForum, there
doesn't seem to be any way to break the MSL lock short of a brute-force
search through all one million possible values. GSM SIM locks use a
known algorithm involving the phone's IMEI (serial number). CDMA MSLs
codes are just random numbers stored in the locking provider's database.
