Possible video surveilw/cell?

Several devices do exist, however the range of 20km is a bit of a
stretch. A company that I am affiliated with is in the process of
working on such a device, however it will primarily be used for
government purposes and will be very, very pricey for the general
public to purchase. Additionally, like most "techy" gadgets, the
version the public will be able to purchase will not have all the bells
and whistles that the governement version has.

Which would you rather own, a house or one of these devices?

Spend your money wisely and have a place to hang your hat at night.
