Can anyone help please?

I have smashed my screen on my old motorola t192emo and can only see
black, and all my numbers are on my phone and not on my sim. (Doh!).
Can anyone step me through copying these numbers considering I cannot
see anything on the screen.

I know that I should press menu, "Phone Book", OK, scroll down 3
presses to "Copy between SIm & Phone" but if I press OK, what is next?

Can anyone help me please or point me in the right direction.

Can I go to a shop and get them to "download" my numbers. Totally
clueless on this front.
