    Hello

I am developing a business wanted to know how companies like Moviso and
others charge to the customer's cell phone account, rather than through
a credit card. What service or product enables them to do this?

    Thanks for any advice!

    Steve

It's done through a contractual relationship with the carriers, who get a
cut of your revenue in return. (This is why some services only work with
    some carriers.)

The carriers should be able to recommend any billing interfacing and/or
software necessary to report to their systems.

Hi....There is a technology whch uses mobile phone ot make payments
instead of a credit card. This is dependent on three main factors and
these three factors are security Element, Customer convinence and a
logical business plan. The Mobile commerce uses a platform that is kept
at the operators end and it supports all the interfaces with billing
and management system of the serive provider. The platform is a
    hardware and software.
