Hi, I access Earthlink DSL through a BellSouth telephone line. I am
interested in going to cellphone for all of my phne needs. If I cancel my
BellSouth phone account will I still be able to use their telephone line for
my DSL needs with Earthlink? I searched long for an answer to this. Can you
help me?

No you cannot - that simple. Earthlink in the BellSouth area comes to
you piggy backed on top of your BellSouth primary phone line.
That said, ATT, having just acquired BellSouth will have
cell/phone/DSL all in 1 package with DSL at $19.95 for at least the
next 30 months. This should be available within a month.
