Trying to buy a phone on their site through either the Hybrid or Pay-As-You-Go plans, they say that before rebates, the Hollywood is $100, the Jet is $179, and the Razr is $199. However, the actual charges in the shopping cart are $199 for every phone. Customer Service says they have nothing to do with the Web site and have no contact suggestion. They also said they doubted the Web site would be changed because it isn't maintained well and suggested I go to Circuit City or Best Buy. The person who answered at corporate headquarters said they would tell the Web people, but nothing has changed.
