Why isn't my iPhone playing movies?

My iPhone use to play videos but now it won't. I had something called sp central on my phone and the videos worked fine. After about two months of geting the phone it stop playing videos from the Internet and sp central. The screen will say can't play this try again later or download and play on media player.

What format is the video? Perhaps they've switched over to Flash or something that iPhone doesn't support? You should ping the webmaster on the website.
