i'm having a little trouble with my wife's iPhone. i've moved a lot of mp3's from the PC to her device. i never registered a CC# with iTunes, but all the music i put on the device works, perfectly, when i just go to Ipod.

however, when i scroll through the list of mp3's i've put on the device, i can not find an option to assign one as a ringtone. also, when i go to setting/sounds/ringtone, i only see options for the sounds that came with the device.

what am i doing wrong? like i said, this is my wife's device, i'm used to WiMo.
