Confused about whether to purchase 16gb or 32gb for 5g phone. Help!

I would love to hear some examples of what specifically a 16gb phone can hold. I am debating 16 or 32, but don't have a feel for how much room things take up as far as music, apps, videos, and photos. Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Everyones Data usage is different, i have a about 50 Apps... 20 photos, no videos, no music. i have the 16GB iphone because i know my preferences which is mostly Apps, i don't use my iPhone to store many photos or listen to music, and i don't use it to play games. i have about 13GB's of free space still available.

That doesn't mean i don't take videos or photos, i just don't store many on my phone.
