Data Packet connection not avaible

ok well i had my cell phone for awail now its a nokia 6061 for a really long time i was able to access the internet for ringtones, wallpapers, ext well now every time i go to MEdia net i get this same error message every time "Data Packet connection not avaible" it blinks once or twice then goes back to the menu i think some of the settings are screwed up but i am not sure could anyone give me a hand?

uhh nvm it fixed it self with a cold boot O.o
