ok ok first off i know that this is already writen below but i still have questions...

i have the same problems as ang1581 and i did almost everything TakenAback said to do but its not working still. i have downloaded the right file and uninstalled the other one. and downloaded bitpim. when i open bitpim it doesnt recognize my phone. so i scroll through the ones the program knows and there are no audiovoxs there!!! and with the other program that i downloaded i can see that i have the option to upload the pics but it says my phone needs to be reconnected even though i never disconnected it. and i go to unplug and replug it in and my phone is off?!? why?

what is qpst? is it better than bitpim? should i switch>

how do i get photos off my phone?
