    ... and I was wondering whether I will be able to bring the phone that I bought from eBay to a Bell World and get one of their representatives to transfer my cell phone number from my old, dying Nokia to the new Blackberry.

    The phone I bought is a Blackberry 7750 that is guaranteed to work on Bell.

    Yes, but see my post on the fellow who posted the "transfering phones" thread for data consequences to your esn change.
