Needing bt for the Lexus and I am willing to switch carrier (as Sprint appears to turn stupid when the word "bluetooth" is mentioned). But if I am going to change, I want the coolest phone there is. I have the Treo 650 now. But all the email and web stuff is nice but not necessary.
Cost not a particular issue.

Re: What Are The Best STEREO Bluetooth Headsets?
Do all Bluetooth Headsets have the STEREO capability? If not, how do you know which ones do?
Thanks...

Yeah, that's what I want - one earpiece that can also play the music...
I mean, there are hundreds of earpieces out there, it would take so long to find one that has "stereo" in the description.
However, CNET says that the Cardo Scala 700 Bluetooth headset works with the new LG VX8600...?

what's the best blutooth handsfree out there at the moment...
In the market for a high quality handsfree device to go along with my LG VX8600. Had an old Motorola, and I'm not happy with sound quality and ease of use. What would you recommend?

I would probably go with something from Plantronics. They have been around for many years, and they know what they're doing when they make headsets. NASA uses Plantronics, and the way I see it, if it's good enough for NASA, it's good enough for the average everyday consumer.

Re: What Are The Best STEREO Bluetooth Headsets?
if your cell phone doesnt support A2DP profile for Bluetooth, then you will not be able to listen to the stereo music.
Same thing as the headset/headphone has to be support A2DP profile to listen to the music.
i have a Bluetake stereo headphone, which works both stereo music and mono headset.
i also get a Bluetake BT400GL headset for my cell phone, just becuase it's so small that i can feel it.
it has 15 hours talking time with a recharging dock, and also it has vibration alert when calls come in.
the headphone is around $ 90 bucks, and the headset is around $70 bucks.
their website is Bluetake USA
