Re: how to find a bluetooth on ur phone
"Pairing" is the term used to describe the communication between two devices, in this case, between your bluetooth headset and the phone. Your Blackberry should have a Bluetooth Menu under Settings. Somewhere in the menus, you will be given the opportunity to set your phone in "pairing" mode; you will also want to check the user manual that came with your BH-320 bluetooth headset to see how to set it up for pairing with your phone. Usually that involves holding in the headset's power button until you see a certain flash pattern.

Yes, they both need to be in pairing mode and or visible/ discovery/ search or something like that. then you will enter the same password: 0000 on both devices.
