Can't Turn Off Bluetooth?

i have turned on my bluetooth on my device, after sometime tried to turn it off but bluetooth is not turning off, and mobile started to restart automatically. i have tried all the options to turn it off even tried mobile reset too, but that too doesn't solve my problem, any suggestion to turn off bluetooth on my device...
