Is anyone having issues with their phone? I know of three others that are like me, and not getting correct announcements when placing a call. We get everything from needing to reboost, to having a bunch of minutes, and they could be on calls a couple of minutes apart.
I have tried twice so far to get boost to check it out, with no progress.

Boost said they are having trouble with thier system and the problem should be fixed in a week or so.

How long ago did they say this?
It has been an issue for over a month.

I had talked to Boost last week and they said they are having system issues where they have 2 systems and they aren't working together to update the announcements.
They also informed me that they don't know how long it will take to correct the problem.
I have already ran out of time during calls twice!
I think it's time to look at the other prepaid providers, as Boost seems to be dragging their feet.

if you look at the post comparing providers, boost has well over 50% votes which leaves 50% for the others to share. You might want to think it through before making any decisions.
