New civic SI.. by far.

depends on what you want........ In my opinion, the Accord (compare to the Acura 3.2CL) is a little bit more classy then the Civic but the Civic is definetly more customizable then the Accord. I would drive the 03 Civic SI though, or the 06 Civic Coupe, I just don't like the Accords very much.

It all depends. The Civic has some strong points, and the Accord has some strong points. I say neither, take the Prelude. If I had to choose from base models I'd take the Civic for looks (hell their pretty much the same car)...Actually, same with the Si and V6 Accord although the Si has 30hp less, the Accord is too much of a family car.

If you are looking for a car to take other people on long trips with you, and your only two choices are an Accord or a Civic, go with the Accord.

If you are like me, and it's a choice of what you can afford, then go with that, and get what your budget allows. Got a nice 2002 Civic for a price I could not say no to, had low miles when I picked it up, gets super gas mileage, compared to what I was driving (the best so far has been 43mpg, the avg has been 35mpg).
