You gotta love the QWERTY keyboards
I myself have the Samsung SGH-i616 , its a great Smart Phone, GPS, Windows Mobile, QWERTY keyboard Mobile office. Fantastic I tell Ya...lol

I have had this phone for several months now. I enjoy the dual flip very much. It makes texting a whole lot faster. I let my friend use it and it only took her a few texts to get the hang of the keyboard. I also like the mp3 player use of the phone. I was able to put a lot of my fave music on it. I recommended this phone to anyone who likes to text and wants a very easy to use phone.
