Mobile + Wi-Fi access = threat to mobile operators?

Where do you guys think this will lead? Basically, Cicero launched something called VoIP. Where a mobile phone consumer will be able to actually access a wi-fi connection, when in rage, to place a call.. instead of the traditional mobile phone service.

The CEO believes this might put a threat to other mobile phone services..
