any help would be great. im looking for a cell plan that has canada and the us in thier base plan..... i know sprint has a pretty good add on for 4.00 the minits are billed at 9 cents a min.. but i am woundering if anyone knows of a carrier that has this included in the package minits .. no extra charge...
