Re: What can I talk about at a job interview?
I've been looking for a job for a long time and it's probably because I might have blurted something out at the interview. But for the last job and interview I found on climatechangecareers.com I was more careful. I read on the internet how and what you can talk about, and I learned that you should not recount your resume verbatim, talk about your experience without supporting your words with examples, and mention achievements that are not related to your profession. All of this will probably help you get through it, too.

Re: What can I talk about at a job interview?
What you need to avoid:
Going through all points of your education (school, university, courses).
This is unnecessary. In addition, it is unlikely that your school skills will help you much at work.
Boasting of a red diploma. Just having it does not say anything about your professionalism.
Mention every course you've taken and every conference you've attended.
Naming the last one is enough to show that you are developing in your field.

Re: What can I talk about at a job interview?
Not long ago I realized that I was going to be fired. And I realized it after reading https://skillroads.com/blog/warning-...t-to-get-fired and found the same signs as I did. But I'm not upset, I've been wanting to change jobs for a long time. So thank you for sharing your tips, it may help me to prepare for the interview.

Re: What can I talk about at a job interview?
Hello! What job would you like to get? Will it be your first interview? I think HR will ask You questions and it will be easier for You to understand what to tell. Also, I think should not beg for work or something like this. But do not be afraid to ask about the salary what You really would like to get. I am sure You will do well!

Re: What can I talk about at a job interview?
The interview is a huge stress for most people, and many of us would probably like to avoid it. My little brother got a job for teenagers, https://arrestyourdebt.com/jobs-for-14-year-olds/ and he was thrilled when he got the job interview. Why was that? If you figure out, he went to the interview accompanied by his mother (this is mandatory). It made it easier for him. It also has to do with the fact that the child has no anxiety associated with interviews. An adult has many more fears and doubts that prevent him from fully opening up and manifesting himself. Be yourself, and don’t be afraid to fail the interview. After all, this is not the last job in your life.
