Hi Guys, I've noticed that I've become addicted to vape smoking over the past few years and I'd like to kick the habit. Would snus be suitable to gradually stop smoking?

For me, smoking a vape is really addictive much faster and stronger than regular cigarettes. I am not aware of the scientific explanation for this, but it seems to me that it has at least to do with the fact that vape liquids have different pleasant tastes which are much harder to stop smoking. Also, vape liquids are really very harmful. That's why the only tobacco product I use is snus.
