    It was my 2nd month to use ATT, and I kept looking at “view minutes” function (which tells about how many minutes you have used) from att website every other day and I got the “information” that I still have plenty minutes until the end of the billing cycle, like 200 min left . But when the cycle ended, and I was able to view my bill, I found that I was charged for about $120 for extra 200 minutes. I really confused, and called customer service. I was told that the “view minutes” function is only an estimate, I can not depend on that!! I told them that since you have this service on website to serve people, it should serve people, at lease tell people approximately how many minutes they used, but not misled people by a 400 min difference! To mislead people to use more minutes and pay more money! Why don’t they mislead people to use less minutes?? They want to make more money by this way??? The “view minutes” is totally nonsense! Please do not be cheated by it, you have to calculate your minutes you called if you use att cellphone service.
