    Hello catchaduck, welcome to CPF.

As Ellen mentioned, you will need to re-configure the phone with AT&T's settings.

The GSM version of the chocolate, the LG KG800, however is a triband 900/1800/1900 device and Cingular does not support it. I don't believe you will find the settings for it on the AT&T website.

Try the following settings for Media Net:

    In the menu select:

    1:browser
    2:settings
    3. Profile - (select existing profile)
    4. Options - (rename it to cingular)
    5:settings
    6:homepage - (type in http://device.home)
    7:Bearer - (select GPRS)
    8:GPRS settings
    APN: wap.cingular
    User ID: [email protected]
    Password: CINGULAR1
    9: Proxy Settings
Proxy: - (set this to ON)
    IP address: 66.209.011.61
    Port number: 9201
10: Do nothing for DNS settings.
    11. click on ACTIVATE.
    Done.

    Good luck
