I understand that AT&T is being fined by the FCC because they are failing to port-out requesting customers to their respective NNSPs. Does anybody know if this is true and how much are they are being fine each day?

FCC fines for past due WLNP requests are actually pretty common, its a very new technology that still has alot of kinks and is far from perfect. Even if theres a technical error of some sort that doesn't work, the company is still fined.
