    im sure somebody above did a typo cos i thought amd went only upto Athlon XP 2200+.....

    Athlon XP 1600+
    1gb memory
    60gb quantum fireball AS @7200rpm
    20gb maxtor@5400rpm
    geforce 2 ultra
    cambridge soundworks surround speakers
    plextor 24x writer
    and some other old stuff

    its time for an cpu upgrade methinks

    nah, u don't need to upgrade. my lap-tops 850Mhz Mobile "M" processor is more than enough for most programs

    These all sound quite a bit faster than my Commodore 64
    Maybe time to upgrade?
