AMD is dominating the market now especially with the Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Models that just came out..
Intel Pentuim D barely compares to it.

a 2.1 ghz 64 bit beat Intel's 4.2 ghz processor

i currently have duel 3.2GHz Pentium 4. i have used AMD in the past and i dont really know what the difference is. If someone could tell me the difference that wud be appreciated...

AMD for gaming.. why whould you pay 2x as much for a processor that is the same speed?... yawn.

amd is much better for gaming, puts out less heat, is cheaper, and just overall better. pentiums are overpriced and not that good except for video editing and laptops (the pentium M is a hella good processor!!). has anyone heard of the lawsuit against intel by amd??? intel is goin down!!!
