There are lot of different headsets and accessories arriving on the market. How much does performance vary? Does anybody have any feedback.

In my experience, performance is pretty consistent.

I bought a Nokia HDW-2 and it's very clear and crisp. It was better than my Sony Ericsson HBH-30, though I only used the HDW-2 on a Nokia 8910 and the HBH-30 on a T68i so it might perform differently according to the phone brand and model.
