Is there any cell phone that can also be used as v.92 modem (i.e., accepts v.92 commands)?

Currently I use my kyocera 2235 as a modem but when I'm online, who ever calls me can't get through. Normally, on my PC v.92 modems when a call comes in while I'm online, it automatically disconnects and the phones ring. I'd like to do the same with my cell phone modem but need it to support v.92.
