Is there any websites to send ringtones to your phone without use of the internet on your cellphone? i can get polyphonic ringtones but i can't use my internet and i need help finding ringtones!

Yea, google offers a wide varity of ringtone sites... BUT many of them charge you a lot

True, but there are also many websites that let you download the first ringtone for free.
