ok this might sound like a noob question but im on a 28k connection right now and it would take me the rest of the week to search for a possible answer but here is the question Im in thailand right now and my cousin has a Nokia 6600 that is Tri-band GSM which my Motorola V220 is also and was wondering if i could take the phone back to the states to use it with my sim card form cincular wireless or does the nokia still have to be unlocked
