    I'm looking for a new phone, and I want to be very specific about my new one. Basically, I want a phone for the lowest cost with these features:

    GSM (USA)
    Call
    Text
    Camera
    Video RECORD
    MP3 (maybe OGG?) format
    MMC slot
    Bluetooth
